SUMMER HOURS FOR 2009
Summer Schedule - Closed Fridays (June 19 – July 24, 2009)
The College will be closed Friday’s starting June 19 through July 24, 2009.

Please see below for specifics on work options, leave reporting and other miscellaneous items.

If you have additional questions, please contact the Human Resources Department.

Options:

  • Make up your Friday hours Monday through Thursday
    • No leave entry is required
  • No change in Monday through Thursday hours
    • Leave entry is required for Friday hours
  • Partial make up of Friday hours
    • Leave entry is required for hours not worked

Leave Types Available for Use:
• Vacation
• Compensatory Time (applicable to support staff only)
• Non Contract/Non Scheduled (if applicable)
• Voluntary Without Pay Days

Other:
• Your schedule may vary week to week
• Discuss your schedule with your manager
• During the week of the July 4 holiday, revert back to your normal weekly schedule
