Emergency Response for Healthcare

The State Expert Panel on Long-Term Care Facilities in collaboration with the Hospital Preparedness Program of the Wisconsin Division of Public Health and Lakeshore Technical College is providing your facility and your staff with unlimited access to a Certificate Course in Emergency Response for Healthcare – Basic Level' (view list of the Modules and Lessons).

To access this Certificate Course your facility only has to pay the one-time Subscription Fee for unlimited use of this on-line training program.

For facilities and course participants that do not have access to a computer or have slow download speeds (e.g. dial-up), your facility can obtain the entire web-based course on a CD that you can use at your facility for group teaching or for individual use. You may purchase copies of the CD for $25 each. The CD provides instructions on how to obtain the Certificate. (The CD, however, will not include changes that may be made from time to time to the on-line course.)

Note: If you are part of a system, each individual facility must sign separately and pay the appropriate fees.
