Entrepreneurs and Inventors Network continues fall business series with 'Solid Customer Service'

CLEVELAND, WI –
The Lakeshore Entrepreneurs and Inventors Network continues its fall business series on Nov. 15 with "Building a New Business on Solid Customer Service" presented by Kenlyn Gretz, President and CEO of Americollect.
The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Cleveland Training Room at Lakeshore Technical College's Cleveland campus. Registration is not necessary, and there is no cost to attend.
"Building a New Business on Solid Customer Service" will help new business owners create an advantage over competitors' poor customer service. An award-winning business owner and popular speaker on the Lakeshore, Gretz will share six customer service techniques to build loyalty with new customers from day one.
The Entrepreneurs and Inventors Network business series is geared toward inventors, entrepreneurs, students, start-ups and business owners, though all interested area residents are welcome to attend.
