LTC offers evening foot reflexology course

CLEVELAND, WI –
Lakeshore Technical College is offering “Foot Reflexology,” a course that teaches the application of gentle pressure to zones and reflex areas in the feet that correspond to various parts of the body. Ideally suited for students with a health care background, the course covers using reflexology for stress management, improved circulation and normalizing the body naturally.
Hands-on laboratory and a practicum are included in the one-credit course, which will take place over four Wednesday evenings, from 4 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 21 to Oct. 12. Cost is $122 for Wisconsin residents; out-of-state tuition is higher. Refer to class No. 66445.
The course also will be offered in a daytime format over four consecutive days in October, from 8 a.m. to noon Oct. 25-27, and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 28. Refer to course No. 65501.
