LTC and Virchow Krause to offer Talent Management Series

CLEVELAND, WI – 

Lakeshore Technical College and Virchow Krause will offer a series of presentations in Feb., March and April aimed at helping organizations retain their best employees.

Tom O'Rourke, a partner at Virchow Krause, will present three sessions covering topics including trends and best practices in talent management, effective workforce planning, and implementing and monitoring talent management programs. All sessions will take place at LTC's Cleveland Campus from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

The first session, "Trends and Best Practices in Talent Management" (#24080), will take place on Feb. 5. The March 5 session will cover "Effective Workforce Planning, Job Categorization, and Competency Profiling for Talent Management Programs" (#24081). The final session, on April 2 is titled "Successful Implementation and Ongoing Monitoring of Talent Management Programs" (#24082).
