LTC offering Supervisory Training Seminar

CLEVELAND, WI –
Lakeshore Technical College is offering a course in “Supervisory Training” that is applicable to many program requirements. There is no more critical time than now to be a true leader in your organization. Supervisors require these skills that lead both their people, and in turn, their company to desired successes. New and seasoned supervisors will learn and practice the art of working with those that are relying on them most. Attendees will find their strengths and areas of improvement, need for communication and documentation, skills needed to work with different personalities and much more.
The in-service will be held from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. January 24 in the Manitowoc County Training Room (L243), Lakeshore Building, on LTC’s Cleveland campus. Cost is $49; refer to class No. 25263
