Why LTC Culinary Arts?
Our unique Culinary Arts program utilizes a working restaurant on Sheboygan’s Riverfront as its laboratory, with a trimester schedule with terms beginning in May, August and January. In as little as 16 months, learn everything from sauce making to restaurant management.
Culinary arts professionals are involved in all aspects of food preparation and production and possess skills ranging from advanced food preparation techniques to food service management skills. As a graduate of the Lakeshore Culinary Institute you could work as a chef, independent restaurateur, baker or pastry chef, sales staff for the food industry, food service manager or corporate chef.
