Tech Prep

The Tech Prep program is a federally funded program to promote and support high school to college transitions for career and technical education students. Tech Prep funds may only be used for enhancing a high school student's technical and academic skills and providing opportunities for transition to postsecondary education or into the workforce. Tech Prep allows high schools to partner with their local technical college to help provide opportunities for the high school students.

High School to LTC Articulation Agreements

Articulation agreements are great opportunities to start earning credits while you're still in high school. An articulation agreement is a course offering agreement made between individual public high schools and Lakeshore Technical College. You can take select classes without ever leaving your high school to begin earning college credit toward Lakeshore Technical College programs at no cost. Course offering agreements (articulation agreements) are in place with area high schools for both transcripted and advanced standing opportunities.
