JUNIOR CHEF CAMP 2019

June 17-19 & 24-26

Register now for this dynamic journey into the world of culinary and hospitality! High school students age 14 and older will experience six unforgettable days learning alongside professional chefs and LTC culinary students.

Hands-on activities will help Junior Chefs discover all that is needed to run a successful restaurant, including daily planning and production of menu entrées for Bistro 712, LTC’s student-run restaurant.

Our grand finale features Junior Chefs creating and serving an amazing dinner to their two guests at Bistro 712.

TUITION $227.50

Includes a personalized chef coat, recipes, completion certificate, daily meal*, and dinner for two guests which will be prepared and served by the Junior Chefs the final day of camp.
