Register now for this dynamic journey into the world of culinary and hospitality! High school students ages 14–17 will experience three unforgettable days learning alongside professional chefs in the Lakeshore Technical College Culinary Arts Lab.
Hands-on activities will help Junior Chefs discover all that is needed to run a successful restaurant, including daily planning and production of menu entrees.
