Lakeshore Technical College to offer informational session on Court Reporting




CLEVELAND - Lakeshore Technical College will be holding an informational session for individuals interested in learning more about earning an associate degree in the Court Reporting program. The session will be held at Lakeshore Technical College on Thursday, April 25 from 6-7 p.m. on the Cleveland campus in room L137.

The program is certified by the National Court Reporters Association and graduates are trained to provide instantaneous text transcriptions for legal proceedings. Court reporting is a high demand career with an average salary of $50,000 per year with 100% placement after graduation from the LTC program.

“This is a great career choice if you are an excellent listener, have strong language and communication skills, and are detail-oriented,” says LTC Instructor Cheryl Darrow.
