CLEVELAND, WI –
A “Women Power – Manufacturing” interactive, free educational event is being hosted by Lakeshore Technical College on Friday, March 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the LTC Cleveland campus. Women of high school age and older are encouraged to get a close-up look at high-paying advanced manufacturing careers including welding, fabrication, machine tool operation, and mechanical design.
Participants will get hands-on experience working with industry-specific technology, find out what career paths women who are successful in manufacturing have followed, and learn how to get started in an advanced manufacturing program at LTC.
