Description: ...enhances the participant's ability to perform HR duties; to seek and obtain employment as an HR professional; to analyze substantive and procedures aspects of a selected Human Resource topic. The study includes reading textbooks and current literature, interviewing practicing HR Managers in the specialty area, and preparing a detailed report and presentation on the selected specialty area. CONDITION: Verification of eligibility by instructor coordinator of Human Resource program (student must have at least 45 credits of Human Resource program courses)
