...prepares students to be employees and/or managers on the dairy farm setting. Communication is key when working within the dairy industry. Students will learn about setting goals to reach dairy industry benchmarks, record keeping, basic agricultural Spanish phrases, developing appropriate dairy farm employee skills, and conflict-resolution.
