Aboveground Storage Tank Installer

This 12-hour seminar, over two consecutive days, reviews the current requirements for proper and safe installation of Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST). Emphasis is given to the Department: Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection regulations, referenced consensus codes, standards and recommended practices, and proper plan preparations and submittal procedures for ASTs. Related topics include: site preparation, tank handling, testing, piping, backfilling, leak-detection systems, secondary containment systems, spill, and overfill protection.

Registration fee includes:

  • Binder containing essential class information.
  • PEI 200–Recommended Practices installation of Aboveground Liquid Storage Systems for Motor Vehicle Fueling.

Registration fee does not include:

  • Application and Exam Fee - Make $35 check to: WDATCP and bring to class.
