Team Effectiveness

Teams, like any living organism, have life cycles – for teams this typically means “Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing.” Team effectiveness training focuses on the role of each individual in the team, and how those roles can productively interact. Whether the team is long-standing or is an ad hoc group working on a short-term project, this training will improve team effectiveness.

Participants learn how to provide quality feedback to peers, confront performance problems while maintaining respect for the individual, accept personal accountability for assignments and tasks, and hone communication skills critical to successful team performance.
