Jim Lemerond
Lakeshore’s Instruction division provides leadership and management for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of credit and noncredit programs, as well as student learning outcomes within the college. Provides leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of College policies, procedures and guidelines pertaining to instruction and workforce solutions. Works with the Dean of Apprenticeship & Economic Development to Provide leadership for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of workforce programs through credit/noncredit, continuing education and corporate training initiatives.
Member of the Lakeshore Team since 2001 as an adjunct, and full-time since 2007.
Jim holds an Associate degree in Radiography from Northcentral Technical College, a Bachelor's degree in Health Arts, and a Master's degree in Training and Development from the University of St. Francis. Jim is seeking a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands with an anticipated completion date of summer 2022.
Jim is a member of Plymouth Rotary, Kiel School Board, and the NEW ERA educational consortium.
