The Office of Administration oversees the operational aspects of the college. The Administrative team which includes Campus Facilities, Financial Services, Human Resources, and Technology Services, provides resources to support the mission of the college. Through collaboration with college departments, the Office of Administration focuses on providing employee resources and support, meeting facilities and technology needs, and managing the college’s fiscal responsibilities. The Campus Facilities department oversees the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds as well as construction projects. The Financial Services department focuses on the accounting, budgeting, and purchasing functions of the college. The Human Resources department supports employee recruitment, provides for employee health and wellness activities, and manages employee benefits and payroll. The Technology Services department provides technical support to students and employees, supports technology use within classrooms/labs and overseas the security and maintenance of our technology infrastructure.

Brenda Riesterer holds an Associate’s degree in Architectural-Residential Design from NorthCentral Technical College, an Associate’s degree in Landscape Horticulture from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, a Bachelor degree in Business Management from Lakeland University, and Masters degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Holy Family College (formerly Silver Lake College).
Brenda is member of the Manitowoc County United Way Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD) group.
