Our Strategy team guides college planning, institutional research, and accreditation, all driven by evidence-based insights to improve quality and compliance. This ensures our programs and initiatives not only meet but exceed expectations, aligning with the college’s mission and vision. The Marketing team helps shape the story we tell the world, blending our messaging across our public website, social media, publications, and advertising. This unified approach amplifies our presence and ensures our values resonate with everyone we reach.

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Education from Dordt University and a Master of Business Administration from Cumberland University.
Heidi is a member of United Way of Manitowoc County Board of Directors and a member of The Crossing Board. She is a first-generation college graduate.
