    Lakeshore College will host College Preview Night on Tuesday, April 22 from 3-6 pm at the Cleveland campus. Attendees can explore Lakeshore’s state-of-the-art classrooms and labs, talk to faculty and staff in 14 different career areas, connect with the recruitment team on the application process, and learn about financial aid and scholarship opportunities.

    Lakeshore College Students Recognized by Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation & Phi Theta Kappa

    Lakeshore College students Kaven Lewis and Robert Talamantes have been named to the 2025 All-Wisconsin Academic Team by Phi Theta Kappa and The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation. Lewis has also been named by the two organizations as the sole Wisconsin 2025 New Century Workforce Scholar and recipient of a $1,500 scholarship.

    Pi-Looza Celebration of STEM Careers & Pi Set for March 13

    Lakeshore College’s second annual Pi-Looza Celebration of STEM Careers & Pi takes place Thursday, March 13, 4-7 p.m. on the college’s Cleveland campus.

    Programs in science, technology, engineering and math will be highlighted along with STEM- and pi-themed games.

    Spring Scholarships Push Lakeshore College Foundation’s Annual Awards to $577K

    The Lakeshore College Foundation awarded $268,000 to Lakeshore College spring semester students, pushing its total awards for the 2024-25 academic year 81% over the previous year, to $577,000.

    The American Welding Society has certified Lakeshore College meets all requirements to continue operating as an accredited welding test facility in Wisconsin.

    Lakeshore College Instructor Receives National Recognition

    -

    The American Association of Community Colleges has recognized Mark Lorier, computer numerically controlled machine tooling instructor at Lakeshore College, among its 2025 Dale P. Parnell Distinguished Faculty. Lorier is the college’s seventh faculty member to be recognized since the program began in 2018.

    632 Named to Lakeshore College’s Fall 2024 Dean’s List

    Lakeshore College named 632 students to its fall 2024 dean’s list. To make the list, students must have completed six or more credits for the term and earned a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. The 375 students who earned presidential honors, which requires a 4.0 GPA, are indicated with an asterisk.

    Students are listed by their Wisconsin hometown unless otherwise noted.
