Leadership at Lakeshore College is formally comprised of the Board of Trustees, college President, and Leadership Team who work in partnership for the benefit of all college’s stakeholders.

College President

Dr. Paul Carlsen was appointed Lakeshore College's 4^th president in 2017. He reports directly to the Board of Trustees and is responsible for fulfilling the college's mission to enrich lives and strengthen the economy by preparing a workforce that is skilled, diverse, and flexible.
