12/11/2024
CLEVELAND, WI —
More than 250 Lakeshore College students are eligible to celebrate the culmination of their educational journeys on Saturday, Dec. 14, during the fall graduation celebration taking place on the college’s Cleveland campus.
A majority of the 282 credentials being awarded are associate degrees, technical diplomas, and certificates. Seventy-one General Education Development (GED) certificates and High School Equivalency Diplomas (HSEDs) will also be awarded.
“Our graduates’ resilience, dedication, and hard work have brought them to this milestone, and they embody the spirit of excellence that defines our college. Our faculty and staff encourage them to carry this momentum forward, knowing they have the power to make a lasting impact in our community. We are confident they will continue to succeed,” says Lakeshore President Dr. Paul Carlsen.
Graduation at Lakeshore is celebrated differently than most other colleges. Each academic area has a designated timeframe to have degrees conferred during a more family-friendly type event, though students may attend when it works best for them and their families.
