Student Success provides comprehensive services and support resources essential to the educational mission and enhanced student success. Student Success includes services to guide students from the point of recruitment through graduation as well as faculty and staff professional development and resources. Admissions, program counseling, registration, student records, student billing, and financial aid encompass the major areas of student services. Student resources provides the support each student needs to be successful in reaching their educational goal. The support is based on individual needs and may include, but is not limited to personal counseling, multicultural & diversity services, accommodation services for students with disabilities, TRiO, library services, academic skills support, career placement, financial coaching, and student activities. The Teaching and Learning Center provides staff and faculty with professional development and resources that support student learning and lead to the growth and success of Lakeshore faculty and staff.

Tanya Boman holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Lakeshore Technical College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management from Silver Lake College, Master’s Degree in Business Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College, and a Doctorate in Adult Learning and Development with a concentration in Community College Leadership from Northwestern State University, Louisiana.

Tanya is an active member of Sheboygan Early Bird Rotary, Making Spirits Bright Board, Progress Lakeshore Board of Directors in Manitowoc, WI, and LOVE Inc. Personnel Committee.
