Financial Aid - Federal Work Study

The Federal Work-Study Program provides jobs for students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses. On campus positions as well as community service positions are available. Students are eligible to earn up to the amount listed on their awards and are paid on a semi-monthly (2x per month) basis. This money is earned and paid directly to the student through payroll payments, not applied to their student account. The rate of pay is $12.00 per hour. Students with an EFC of zero and indicate “yes” to work study on their FAFSA will be offered work study opportunity on a first-come, first-served basis. Other considerations will be made based upon student request.
