Wade worked as an Electrical Engineer before joining Lakeshore   as an Electro-Mechanical Instructor, a role he has filled for over 20 years. He holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Capella University and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineeering from UW-Platteville.
