Leadership Changes Made at Lakeshore Technical College

CLEVELAND, WI —

Lakeshore Technical College President Dr. Paul Carlsen announced the following changes within college leadership:

Dr. Tanya Boman was named interim vice president of instruction. She has 34 years of experience in the Wisconsin Technical College System, with 24 at Lakeshore. She most recently served as vice president of strategy.

Heidi Soodsma was named vice president of outreach. She previously served as executive assistant and senior advisor to the president, responsibilities she will retain in her new role. She will also lead marketing and community outreach efforts. Soodsma joined Lakeshore in 2014.

Shauna Nischik was named vice president of strategy. She previously served as the college’s executive director of grants. She joined Lakeshore in 2017.
