LTC to Offer Precision Measurement Seminar

CLEVELAND, WI —

Lakeshore Technical College is offering a Precision Measurement NC3 Instrument Certification seminar on three consecutive Fridays in April.

This 12-hour course, set up in three separate modules, is designed to assist multiple technical training disciplines with the proper operation, calibration, and measuring techniques required for utilizing precision measurement equipment effectively. Both SAE and metric measuring instruments will be covered including: steel rules, tape measures, dial calipers, inside, outside and depth micrometers, small hole gauges, and telescoping gauges. Participants will be assessed at the end of each module in order to receive the industry-recognized certification.

MODULE 1 - Tape and Rule Measurement will be held April 13. MODULE 2 - Slide Caliper Measurement will be held April 20. MODULE 3 - Micrometer Measurement will be held April 27. All modules will take place from 8:00 a.m. until noon. The course number is 26663 and the fee is $485
