Course Description

This 90 minute webinar will help you better convey your work to funders and increase funding. We’ll cover techniques to fine tune your passion into a cohesive story that sells.

About the presenter

Shauna Nischik has 14 years experience as a grants professional making, administering, and writing grants throughout the public sector. She got started within local government administering grant making processes, overseeing grant implementation, providing assistance to non-profits, and working on community development projects to attract new resources into the community (close to $20 million). After relocating from California to Wisconsin to expand her young family, she started working for a non-profit for 2 years and has worked at Lakeshore for almost 3. Over her 5 years of dedicated grant writing, she has secured more than $12 million. Shauna is a resident of the Lakeshore District and passionate about bringing new resources into and strengthening her local community.
