ServSafe Food Manager provides food safety training and the National Restaurant Association ServSafe Food Protection Manager Examination.
Licensed Lakeshore Technical College faculty members provide training to current and future food service team members. You are prepared to handle food sanitation risks required by Wisconsin Statute HSS196.19(2)(a). Certificate is accepted in all 50 states. The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam will be given on the last day of class.
