Chef Amanda gained years of experience working in New York restaurants ranging from a casual BBQ joint to fine dining. She returned home to Wisconsin to become the Culinary Event Coordinator and Event Chef for Destination Kohler. In addition to teaching, she runs her own restaurant, Arrosto Delicatessen, in Sheboygan with her husband Paul, and offers Personal Chef services. Chef Amanda graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
