Experience

Jim has been an Instructor with Lakeshore for five years. He brings over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, at levels from hourly team member to supervisor, to plant manager, to corporate oprations manager. He worked in various departments including production, engineering, shipping, sanitation, maintenance, and finance. Jim earned his doctorate at Northcentral University.
