Experience

Richard has have been in the tool and die field for 24 years. Once he became a card-carrying Tool and Die Journeyman, he began mentoring youth and adult Apprentices. His industry experience is in molds, fixtures, and stamping fabrication. Richard has extensive training in all machining and skills needed to fabricate tools and dies needed by industry. He also has experience designing and fabricating fixtures. Richard learned his trade at Moraine Park Technical College.
