Experience

Shalana brings years of experience as a design instructor in higher education as well as over a decade of professional design experience in corporate publishing as a graphic designer, creative content editor, author and entrepreneur. Her editorial and design contributions include notable brands such as Taste of Home, Country Woman Magazine, and Birds & Blooms Magazine. In her personal time, Shalana enjoys camping trips with her family, walks by the lake, and daily journaling about life. Shalana holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
