Fall Graduation December 17 at Lakeshore Technical College

CLEVELAND, WI —

During a graduation celebration set for Saturday, December 17 at Lakeshore Technical College’s Cleveland campus, 435 students will celebrate their educational achievements with those who supported them.

Students completing their General Education Development (GED) certificate or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) will join students earning associate degrees, technical diplomas, and certificates. Among the 435 credentials being awarded, there are 396 associate degrees, technical diplomas, and certificates, and 39 GED certificates and HSEDs.

“We are incredibly proud of the way our students committed to achieving their educational goals with us and are now ready to fill critical gaps in our local workforce and/or begin pursuing their next educational goal,” said Lakeshore President Dr. Paul Carlsen. 

All supporters are welcome on campus to celebrate. College representatives will be celebrating with students throughout the day. Each college division has a designated timeframe to be in Centennial Hall, located in the Lakeshore building, though students may attend when it works best for them.

•    Business, Technology, and Hospitality: 10-10:30 a.m.
•    Advanced Manufacturing, Agriculture, Automotive, Energy, and Public Safety: 10:30-11 a.m.
•    Health & Human Services and Childcare: 11:15-11:45 a.m.
•    General Education Development (GED) certificates & High School Equivalency Diplomas (HSED): 11:45 a.m.

All buildings on Lakeshore’s Cleveland campus will be open from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. The bookstore will also be open in the Lakeshore building from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
