Auto Painting Continuing Education Seminars

What does the EPA rule mean for me?
The EPA has implemented a rule that affects the auto body repair and refinishing industry. The intent of this rule is to reduce the emissions of hazardous air pollutants from the paint operations. The requirements affect paint guns, gun washing, paint booths, booth filter systems and painter training.

The EPA Compliance Program

Participants in this 8-hour class will be introduced to the Environmental Compliance Requirements. Training will include classroom and hands-on techniques: Save money on materials and supplies through improved transfer efficiency; learn spray gun techniques that reduce both spray gun maintenance and filter changes; be introduced to water-borne paint application; receive training that complies with EPA requirements.
